Office bearers of paramedical association district Khyber condemned shaping of parallel association against them and asked the provincial body of the union to take legal action against the law violators.
Addressing to a press conference in Landi Kotal press club on Wednesday paramedical association, Khyber chief Mujiburrehman Afridi flanked by his cabinet members including general secretary Riaz Afridi, senior and vice-presidents Saeed Baz, Humayun Shinwari and others said that on February 12th ,2020 his panel has won the election and had started functioning as per the association constitution.
However he added some selfish paramedical staff unlawfully announced formation of a cabinet under the banner of allegedly fake association, Pakistan paramedic staff association, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that was violation of article 7 sections 4 and 5 of constitution of paramedical association.
He asked the provincial cabinet of the paramedical association to immediately suspend membership of those paramedical staff involved in the heinous crime.
Earlier an emergency meeting of the paramedical crew under the chair of district chief Mujiburrehman was held in which formation of another illegal body was denounced and an application was lodged with the provincial cabinet of the association for cancelation of membership of those paramedical staff engaged in illicit act.
