Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Law Aftab Alam Afridi Advocate along with his colleague MPAs Shafi Jan and Daud Shah Afridi made a surprise visit to Kohat Grid Station on Friday where they expressed great concern over the unannounced load-shedding of electricity in Kohat.
The Law Minister Aftab Alam Afridi himself prepared the loadshedding schedule on the spot and directed the WAPDA authorities to ensure implementation of the same schedule.
Talking on the occasion, the Minister said that the federal government is not fulfilling its responsibility adding that WAPDA is a federally administered authority which is making injustices to our province.
The mandate-thief government sitting in the federal government is constantly abusing the people of KP, he said.
He further said that they stand with its people on all genuine issues.
The Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has given clear instructions to all the parliamentarians in the province to visit the Grid Stations in their respective areas and fix the load shedding schedule and implement it, he maintained.
Aftab Alam said, his today visit to the Grid Station along with his members of the assembly are in compliance to the instructions of the Chief Minister.
