KP law minister visits Kohat grid station

Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Aftab Alam Advocate, visited the Kohat Grid Station in response to public complaints regarding the ongoing power crisis. He was accompanied by Chairman Tehsil Gumbat, Sajid Iqbal, and Chairman Shiraz Khan Bangash. During the visit, the minister held detailed discussions with the concerned authorities regarding the electricity issues affecting the region. XEN PESCO Kohat was also present on the occasion. The Law Minister conveyed the concerns and frustration of the public over the persistent power outages that have plagued the area in recent days. While discussing the electricity supply with XEN PESCO Kohat and SDO Grid Station, he categorically stated that unscheduled load shedding is no longer acceptable under any circumstances. He emphasized that the supply of electricity to the residents must be ensured strictly in accordance with the announced schedule in order to alleviate the difficulties faced by the people. The Grid Station staff assured the minister that power supply would be maintained as per schedule, taking into account the hardships being endured by the local population. News Desk
