KP Minister for Dr Hisham Inamullah Khan Wednesday directed District Health Officers and Medical Superintendents to take prompt measures to control possible dengue outbreak.
He directed them to ensure all possible medical facilities to the patients besides availability of medicines and warned that no lethargy would be tolerated in this regard.
The Minister also directed Director General Health Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr Muhammad Arshad Khan to supervise the measures to control dengue outbreak and launch public awareness campaigns at hospitals for prevention of the endemic.
