MARDAN
Muhammad Rahman, Assistant Registrar at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pharmacy Council and affiliated with the Department of Pharmacy at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, on Thursday successfully defended his PhD dissertation and completed his doctoral degree.
His research was supervised by Haroon Khan, while M Saeed Jan served as co-supervisor. The dissertation was externally evaluated by Samreen of Qurtaba University and Shakir Ullah of Khyber Medical University.
The title of his thesis was “Synthesis and Pharmacological Potential of Organotin Complexes with Sulphonyl Hydrazide Moiety,” focusing on the development and pharmacological evaluation of novel compounds with potential therapeutic applications.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rahman attributed his success to the grace of Almighty Allah, as well as the guidance of his supervisors and the support of his parents, family and colleagues.
Faculty members and peers congratulated him on his academic achievement and wished him success in his future professional endeavours.
