PESHAWAR
KP Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) in collaboration with the Kalam Hotel Association (KHA) will organize the Kalam winter snow festival in Kalam valley Swat during the last week of January.
Director General of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority, Habibullah Arif, said in a statement here Thursday that the winter snow festival will provide the youth of Kalam Valley and tourists with healthy recreational activities, along with various cultural stalls and sports competitions.
He expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of the KHA.
The festival will feature jeep races, cycling, a bikers’ rally, snow kundi and local traditional games.
Tug of war, and various other competitions besides a musical evening will also be organized alongside these events.
