Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf member provincial assembly, Iftikhar Ali Mashwani said that the issue of the letter written by the 6 judges of Islamabad High Court to the Supreme Judicial council is great courage.
He said that we were talking about this for the last two years, but finally the judges also showed courage. He added that in this letter, everything was written about how these judges were treated with constant interference in the judicial proceedings.
He argued that it is clear that we strongly condemn this thing. This letter also made it clear how the cases were conducted under pressure against Imran Khan.
Iftikhar Ali demand from the SC that as a larger bench was formed in the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case, which was headed by Qazi Faiz Isa himself, a bench should be formed in all the cases of Imran Khan in the same way to find out how on war grounds the cases were proceed and announced the sentence.
