Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed to take all possible steps for recovery of brother of PTI leader Shehbaz Gill.
Justice Amjid Rafiq issued written order of Saturday hearing of the case on the petition seeking recovery of brother of Shehbaz Gill.
It has been said in the written order additional chief secretary home should file report in the court regarding recovery of brother of Shehbaz Gill.
The court directed mobile phone companies to provide record related to geo-fencing within three days.
It was further said in the written order a 3-member delegation of lawyers of the petitioner should meet additional chief secretary.
As per court’s orders lawyers should provide all the necessary data including all phone calls to additional chief secretary.
The written order said the lawyer of the petitioner declared non recovery of the kidnapped person as police failure.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 04.
