Review meeting of district-level service delivery, departmental performance, and measures to enhance the quality of public services held. During the meeting, Independent Monitoring Authority presented its monthly performance report (September–October 2025), which analyzed the performance of various departments. According to the report, Livestock Department showed remarkable progress, achieving 17% improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery — ranking first among provincial departments.
Department’s success was attributed to effective monitoring, modern strategies, and improved field-level performance across the province. Chief Secretary directed all departments to pursue their objectives with the same spirit of public service to ensure citizens receive timely and improved facilities.
This development reflects the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s commitment to promoting a transparent, accountable, and people-centric system of governance through sustained and practical measures.
