Senior politician Javed Hashmi has said PTI former chairman Imran Khan has been kept in jail under a planning.
“ I have come here to put my share in his release, he said this while talking to media men along with Naeem Panjutha, counsel for PTI former chairman near Rawalpindi Adiala jail Tuesday.
Javed Hashmi said the mandate of entire Pakistan has been put into jail by putting Imran Khan in jail.
He said questions are arising on the constitutional status of army. We are struggling to save its constitutional position too. This struggle will continue unless legal and constitutional position is restored.
Dictators want voices against them remain imprisoned in jail. This way nothing can remain in jail. Change is destined to come. Dictators like Musharraf and Ayub Khan went away.
Naeem Panjutha said three days have passed since our papers were filed. Despite it court has not seen them.
He said it is a fixed match. Imran Khan has been kept in jail under a planning. Cases were kept pending so that justice could not be provided to him.
