ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has rejected the plea regarding the jurisdiction powers of the court in recovery of drugs and arms case against senior journalist Mati Ullah Jan. As per media reports the court announced the reserved judgment on completion of arguments by the respondents. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra while hearing the case fixed it for indictment. According to the order of the court Mati Ullah Jan will be indicted tomorrow. Further hearing of the case was adjourned till February 19. ONLINE
