Minister assures continued government support for flood affectees

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Syed Fakhar Jahan, visited the flood-affected areas of Gunshal, Jabgai and Gunshal Mira in Buner district.
The minister inspected relief camps, met with victims, reviewed facilities, and listened to the grievances of the affected people. He also distributed compensation cheques among the families and supervised the ongoing rescue operation for three missing persons.
During the visit, Fakhar Jahan met with rescue teams and local residents, appreciating their efforts in difficult conditions. He assured the victims that the provincial government was standing with them in this hour of trial.
He said that on the instructions of the Chief Minister, all possible steps were being taken for the rehabilitation and assistance of the flood-hit families. The minister added that he was personally monitoring the process to ensure that the needs of the victims were met without delay.
