Kohistan corruption scandal

DG NAB KP has accepted application for plea bargain of accused Ayub arrested in Kohistan corruption scandal.
DG NAB sent the application of accused Ayub to chairman NAB for approval.
The accused filed the application for plea bargain under section 25 (B) of NAB ordinance -1999.
According to sources the accused has filed his affidavit with plea bargain application. Accused Ayub is contractor who has been charged with corruption in Kohistan .
As per NAB sources the accused offered his property in connection with plea bargain. The accused has extended offer for giving 4 kanal , 12 marlas property worth Rs 160 million located in Rawalpindi.
The Accountability Court (AC) will endorse plea bargain after approval from chairman NAB.
