CS-KP visits different free wheat flour distribution
PESHAWAR
To ensure smooth distribution of free flour to the people, Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (CS-KP) Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry conducted visits to newly established supply points in Peshawar on Monday.
He said that new distribution points for provision of free flour wheat would give relief to people, adding that better management would reduce long queues at the government designated points.
CS KP visited the supply on the fourth consecutive day and reviewed facilities at the newly distribution points established in Hazar Khawani Park and Hayatabad Sports Complex where he launched free flour distribution.
During his visit, Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry met with people at the supply points and got information about the difficulties in getting free flour.
He issued instructions to the quarters concerned to increase the process of monitoring of points in the provincial capital and provide maximum relief to masses in the holy month of Ramadan.
It is pertinent to mention here that CS-KP has also directed Commissioners of all divisions, Deputy Commissioners and Administrative Officers to strictly monitor the distribution of flour across the province.
District administrations and other relevant officials should eradicate difficulties in getting free flour and redress the complaints of the citizens.
He has directed them to set up separate counters for senior citizens, women and people with disabilities.
