Islamabad: The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) and Atlas Honda Limited have signed a one-year Letter of Understanding (LoU) to promote road safety nationwide, enhance awareness among motorcyclists regarding safe riding practices, and organize modern training programmes. The LoU was signed by Syed Ali Asif, AIG (Operations), Motorway Police and Hassan Mushtaq Cheema, General Manager After Sales, Atlas Honda Limited. On the occasion DIG (Operations) Asghar Ali Yousafzai and Nisar Zaman Khan, Chief Operating Officer (Business & Mobility Solutions) were also present. Under the agreement, both organizations will jointly conduct Master Trainer Certification Programmes, nationwide road safety awareness campaigns, and training activities based on international standards. The partnership will also focus on educating motorcyclists about the importance of wearing helmets, complying with traffic laws, and adopting safe riding practices to promote a stronger culture of road safety across the country.
