Advisor to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mashal Azam Yousafzai visited Mardan, expressing displeasure over the poor sanitation situation in the shelter.
Advisor to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Zakat and Ushar, Social Welfare and Women’s Development Mashal Azam Yousefzai visited Mardan where she did their iftar along with travelers on Ramadan Dasterhawan at the shelter located in DHQ Hospital Mardan. Advisor to Chief Minister Mashal Azam Yousafzai directed the administration to lay a separate Dastarhawan for women also.
Advisor to Chief Minister Mashal Azam Yousafzai inspected the shelter and expressing her displeasure at the poor sanitation situation, directed to improve the sanitation situation and find an alternative place for the shelter.
Talking to media representatives on this occasion, Advisor to Chief Minister Mashal Azam Yousafzai said that with the after establishment of the provincial government, shelters and “ langar khana “ were reactivated in the light of the orders of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, During the month of Ramadan Mubarak, special measures were taken for the arrangement of Sahari and Iftar, where this facility is available to the travelers. In response a question, Mashal Azam Yousafzai said that till 20th of Ramadan, Rs.10000 will be distributed among more than eight lakh families. In this way, district level committees have been formed to include the beneficiaries who were left out of the Ehsaas program in the Ramadan relief package. She further said that according to the vision of Founder Chairman Imran Khan, no one will sleep hungry and without a roof. Both factories and Langar Khana will be built for the people. Now 100% of the population in the province can avail health card facility. We are not running Government on Tik Tok and photo shoot. We want to take Pakistan out of the quagmire. If anyone wants to compete with us, then compete with us in giving welfare to the people of Pakistan.
Advisor to the Chief Minister Mashal Azam Yousafzai said regarding the closure of the salaries of the employees of shelters that steps are being taken in this regard and their salaries will start soon.
