District and Sessions Court Islambad has cancelled arrest warrants of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Aamin Gandapur due to appearance of his counsel in the court.
Non bailable arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur were issued in audio leaks case against him.
Additional Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah took up the case for heairng.
Raja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur said Peshawar High Court (PHC) has restrained from arresting Ali Amin Gandapur for 3 weeks.
Judge said “ Give the application. I see it.
Counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur filed petition for cancellation of arrest warrants. The court accepted it.
The court directed Ali Amin Gandapur to appear on next hearing.
Hearing of audio leaks case was adjounred till November 5.
Case agaisnt Ali Amin Gandapur is registered in police station Golra.
