ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police have arrested notorious drug peddler Abdul Qayyum alias Billa. The action was taken by Koral police under the directives of Islamabad SP Rural Nosherwan. According to police 1845 grams heroin has been recovered from Abdul Qayyum alias Billa and a case has been registered against him in Koral police station. Online
