PESHAWAR: Spokesman Pakistan Muslim League (N) and Member of Provincial Assembly Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ikhtiar Wali on Sunday said that a meeting of the joint opposition has been convened to discuss the assembly dissolving announced by PTI Chairman Imran Khan. In a statement issued here he said that Chief Minister KP Mahmood Khan has no power to dissolve the assembly. He said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly is the trust of 40 million people and we will defend it. APP
He said that the joint opposition will bring no-confidence motion against the Chief Minister and may approach the court.
If PTI resigns from the assembly, the new leader will be elected by the House, Ikhtiar Wali added.
