Pakhtun Khyber Society Community America Chairman Taj Akbar visited Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met Mardan Chamber President Zahir Shah and the business community. At this occasion Pir Asif, Usman Ghani, Farooq Khan, Nadeem, Gul Syed, Naveed, Liaquat and Hidayatur Rehman Bureau Chief Express were present.
Mardan Chamber of Commerce President Zahir Shah warmly welcomed the visiting guest to the second largest city of the province and said that Taj Akbar’s services are commendable to the Pakhtun society which is not obvious hidden to anyone.
Zahir Shah, highlighting the establishment, objectives and performance of the chamber, said that after going through many vicissitudes, the Mardan Chamber is now settled in its established building and has made a unique position not only at the domestic but also at the international level.
Mardan Being the second largest city and business hub of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, it is the center of commercial business where there are many business opportunities and the Mardan Chamber has not only promoted business not only regionally, nationally but also played his full role in introducing it to Central and European countries.
Zahir Shah further said that Mardan is also a big center for high quality handicrafts and marble which is in high demand in foreign countries for the promotion of which Mardan Chamber has played a very positive role and for this purpose various Memorandum of understanding has been signed with European countries.
Zahir Shah said that through your society help and guidance, our business community will get a lot of help in solving the problems faced in America, on which Pakhtun Khyber Society Community America Chairman Taj Akbar offered his thanks and gratitude for warmly welcomed by Mardan Chamber President Zahir Shah while expressing gratitude for the establishment, purpose and objectives of the society, he said that Pakhtun Society was established in 1985 with the joint efforts of a few people with this mission It is the first priority of our society to help the deserving and helpless people by helping them stand on their feet, natural calamities or such other sufferings. The chairman of the society said that today our society number of donors has grown and we have been able to support more than one helpless individual.
The visiting guest said that Pakhtun Khyber society community will cooperate with the traders of Mardan Chamber in every way, on which Mardan Chamber President Zahir Shah thanked Chairman Taj Akbar and presented souvenirs and various gifts from the Chamber.
