Pakistan has been recognized as biggest improvements in their business regulations: EODB

EODB Index is being measured by World Bank through assessment of key factors to determine business friendliness of countries for small and medium sized enterprises.
As per World Bank EODB 2017 Report, Pakistan’s ranking on 190 countries EODB Index declined from 69 in 2010 to 148 in 2016.
During 2016, the “HR Metrics” organized a conference on “Strengthening Human Governance for Sustainable Ease of Doing Business Index”.
The Conference was organized with collaboration of Board of Investment and fortunately it paid.
During 2017, The country has jumped four ranks improvement from its position last year from 148th to 144th out of 190 countries.
Pakistan has been recognized as one of the top ten economies globally making the biggest improvements in their business regulations.
It is the only South Asian economy to make it to the list this year. The remarkable improvement comes in three areas: Registering Property, Getting Credit and Trade Across Borders.
HR Metrics is closely working with key leaders from cross section of society to evolve a sound HR policy framework that can help in developing and retaining talented workforce for country’s economic growth.
