On the third day of the Perth Test match, Pakistan’s batting line faltered once again and the team returned to the pavilion after scoring 271 runs.
Australia tightened their grip on the match, taking a 300-run lead over Pakistan in their second innings.
According to the details, on the third day of the first Test match of the series being played at the Perth Cricket Ground, Pakistan started their first incomplete innings with 142 runs with two out.
At the start of the day, Khurram Shahzad was bowled by Pete Cummins for 7 runs, while Babar Azam was bowled by Mitchell Marsh for 21 runs. Saud Shakeel was bowled by Josh Hazlewood for 28 runs and Faheem Ashraf for 9 runs by Pat Cummins.
Aamir Jamal was dismissed by Nathan Line for 10 runs. Shaheen Shah Afridi was dismissed for four runs by Travis Head.
Thus, in the first innings, the entire team of Pakistan returned to the pavilion by scoring 271 runs in response to Australia’s 487 runs, as a result of which Pakistan faced a deficit of 216 runs.
In the second innings, Australia’s first wicket fell to zero, David Warner was caught out by Khurram Shahzad.
Second wicket of the host team fell for 5 runs, Labuschagne also scored 2 runs off 18 balls and was caught out by the ball of Khurram Shahzad.
In the second innings, Australia scored 84 runs for the loss of 2 wickets and took a lead of 300 runs over Pakistan.
