PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Planning and Development Department here Wednesday issued its eight months performance report mentioning that the department has been actively involved in approval of ADP 2018-19 of Merged Areas having a size of Rs. 20.4 billion. The report while depicting main functions of the department stated that strategic planning for provincial economy, preparation of Annual Development Program, projects’ appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, management of foreign development assistance besides donors’ coordination, management of provincial statistics, lead provincial representation in national development forums, implementation of reforms agenda, resolution of inter-departmental issues, consolidation and prioritization of PSDP projects, holding of regular meetings of PDWP for new portfolio approvals, project steering committee meetings and CDWP, ECNEC meetings.APP
