PESHAWAR: Police on Friday arrested a suspect involved in a child abuse case in the Bhanahmani area of the city. According to reports, the suspect, Abdullah, had allegedly sexually assaulted a minor boy in the Murshadabad area and threatened to kill him if he told anyone. The victim’s family reported the incident to the police, leading to the registration of a case. A special team led by SP City Shahid Adnan, DSP Yakhtoot Circle Saeed Rahman, and SHO Bhanahmani Sharyar Khan arrested the suspect. The officials said that investigation in the case underway.
