ISLAMABAD
Petition has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) for removing Executive Director (ED) PIMS and ordering FIA to conduct investigation into the incident of the death of 14 infants in fire in PIMS.
The petition said that order be issued for investigation to fix responsibility besides taking into custody all relevant record including CCTV of PIMS. The responsibility be fixed in the incident.
This has also been requested that order be issued to remove ED PIMS Dr Rana Imran Sikandar from office and service.
Federation, health ministry, ED PIMS, FIA, CDA and others have been made respondents.
The petition has been filed by a lawyer.
