PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has approved transit bail of PTI leader and MNA Jamshed Dasti till September 30 in a case registered against him in district Muzaffargarh. Chief Justice (CJ) PHC Ishtiaq Ibrahim took the petition for hearing Monday. Counsel for Jamshed Dasti appeared in the court The counsel for the petitioner took the plea Jamshed Dasti is elected Member of National Assembly (MNA) from Muzaffargarh. Case is registered against him in Muzaffargarh city. The case registered against him is baseless. The counsel said the petitioner wants to appear in the respective court but he fears he will be arrested. The PHC while approving transit bail of Jamshed Dasti till September 30 ordered the petitioner to appear in the respective courts on appointed time. Online
