PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) while issuing notice to IG KP under the contempt of court petition filed against him for not complying with court’s orders has sought reply from him within 14 days. It has been said in contempt of court plea Swabi city circle police station was attacked. Petition was filed for reconstruction of police station as per international standard. PHC had ordered police to construct police station but court’s orders have not been implemented so far. The counsel for the petitioner said contempt of court plea was filed for not complying with court’s orders. It is requested to court to initiate contempt of court’s proceedings against IG KP.
