4 missing brothers case
PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) while issuing notice to federal government in case of four missing brothers from Hayat Abad has sought reply. PHC issued notice to federal government in the case of four missing brothers of Al-Kozi Khan from Hayat Abad. During the hearing of the case the counsel for petitioner told the court the petitioners were lifted from Hayat Abad one year before. This petition was pending hearing in the court when the family withdrew it saying their talks are underway in this regard. The counsel told the court who had lifted them had told they would return them safe and family should withdraw petition. But missing persons have not been returned so far. The court while issuing notice to federal government sought reply. Online
