The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Abbottabad bench here Wednesday served notices to all educational boards of the province and directed Chairperson Abbottabad Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) to appear before the court on May 30.
The court passed this order on a writ petition of contempt of court filed by Private Education Network (PEN).
Provincial President PEN Saleem Khan told to media that we have challenged the decision of KP educational boards composite examinations of grade 9 and 10th while assessment of the 5th and 8th grades through a writ petition in PHC Abbottabad bench.
He further said PHC Abbottabad bench issued notice to the educational boards and directed the Chairperson BISE Abbottabad to appear before the court on May 30.
Saleem Khan said we have pleaded to declare KP educational boards composite examinations of grade 9 and 10th while assessment of the 5th and 8th-grade notifications as contempt of court.
