PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered for recovery of 5 missing persons including a woman who has returned from Amman. The petition seeking recovery of 5 missing persons including Amman return woman came up for hearing in PHC Friday. The court while expressing resentment during hearing ordered to produce all the five persons. Advocate General (AG) took the plea” give us time till Monday. We will try for recovery of missing persons. Missing persons are not with us. Had they been with us we would have produced them. Justice Ejaz remarked we will constitute full court for this case. Justice Arshid Ali remarked during the hearing of the case “ you did not register FIR. You could register it. Later the court while giving order for recovery of five missing persons including Amman return woman adjourned the hearing of the case.
