Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Doha, Qatar. On arrival, Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, warmly welcomed the Prime Minister and his delegation.
The Prime Minister will hold a bilateral meeting with Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani during which they will also discuss Pakistan’s ongoing efforts for regional and global peace.
A high-level delegation is accompanying the Prime Minister.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received a warm and grand welcome upon his arrival in Qatar during his official visit.
As the Prime Minister’s aircraft entered Qatari airspace, fighter jets of the Qatar Air Force escorted it to the airport as a gesture of honour and security.
The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the Qatari leadership and the pilots for the warm reception extended to him.
