In a solemn ceremony, the Inspector General Frontier Corps North, Major General Noor Wali Khan, inaugurated a memorial dedicated to the martyrs of the KPK Police in Bajaur district.
The ceremony, held to honour the sacrifices of the police force, was attended by senior officials from the district administration and security forces.
Major General Noor Wali Khan, while addressing, paid tribute to the bravery and commitment of the Bajaur Police.
He highlighted the invaluable contributions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police over the past two decades, emphasizing their role in maintaining peace alongside the Pakistan Army and other law enforcement agencies.
He remarked that thanks to their sacrifices, peace prevails in the tribal areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Bajaur.
During the ceremony, Fateha was offered for the eternal peace and elevation of the police martyrs.
The inauguration of the police memorial underscores the unity and solidarity among various security agencies in Pakistan in their shared commitment to safeguarding the nation and its people.
