On the directive of district police officer (DPO) Toru police station official registered case against station house officer (SHO) Toru for allegedly by force taking goats in bribe. Sources said.
Sources added that Adil son of Nowsher Khan resident of Qasim Toru Mara submitted an application in the district police office. Sources added that the applicant stated in his application that he is a poor man and grazing goats on compensation in his village. He added that on 2nd June in the night he slept for a while and when he woke up, the goat was not there.
He added that started searching the goats. He added that the owner also inform the SHO SI Iftikhar Khan of concern police station.
He added that later on SHO along with other police cops reached their and started searching goats with them.
He added that after finding the goats the SHO allegedly demonded 2 lakh rupees bribe. He added that he had no money due to which he refused the SHO. He added that later on the SHO took two precious goats in bribe. He added that now the owner of goats in exchange of goats demanded 70,000 rupees from him.
He added that he is poor man and canot pay the money. Sources added that on the directive of DPO Toru police station official registered first information report (FIR) against the SHO under sections 161,162,119B,118D Act 2017. Sources added that DPO also closed the mentioned SHO to police line and started inquiry against him.
