Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Member National Assembly (MNA) Asif Khan has said that he views politics as a means of serving the public rather than seeking personal gain.
“The trust that the people of NA-32 have reposed in me is a great honour, and I am working day and night to live up to their expectations,” he stated.
Speaking about ongoing development in the constituency, Asif Khan said that practical work—not hollow promises—defines his approach. “From the construction and repair of roads, upgradation of schools, and improvement of hospital facilities, to replacing outdated gas pipelines, developing new sports fields, and ensuring clean drinking water — all projects are under my direct supervision to ensure transparency and efficiency,” he added.
Highlighting his commitment to public engagement, he said that weekly open courts are held to resolve citizens’ issues on the spot. “I believe in serving people at their doorstep — this is the core of my politics,” he remarked.
Asif Khan emphasized his direct connection with party workers and the public. “There is no room for arrogance or distance in my politics. I consult my workers regularly and stand shoulder to shoulder with them. I also remain active on social media to ensure timely responses to public concerns and to stay in touch with the pulse of my constituency.”
Reaffirming his loyalty to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Asif Khan said that the vision of Imran Khan is the foundation of his political journey. “We will continue to struggle on every front for the release of Imran Khan and the restoration of justice in the country.”
Responding to media reports about internal differences within PTI, he termed them “baseless and fabricated.” He stressed that the party’s leadership and workers are united and pursuing a collective mission for a better Pakistan.
He concluded by urging the public to ignore propaganda and continue supporting efforts for development, prosperity, and stability in the constituency. “I will not rest until every citizen in my constituency is prosperous, empowered, and satisfied,” he pledged.
