PESHAWAR
Peshawar Press Club, in collaboration with the Bank of Khyber, hosted a vibrant event to honor the academic achievements of journalists’ children. The ceremony, organized by the PPC Education Committee, was attended by a large number of journalists, their families, and children, celebrating the educational success of the young achievers.
The ceremony featured entertainment activities such as a jumping castle, a magic show, and food gifts, providing the children with a fun-filled experience.
Mr. Muhammad Fawad Saduzai, Managing Director of Bank of Khyber, was the chief guest. He congratulated the position-holder children and emphasized the importance of dedication to education, urging them to continue their studies in order to contribute positively to society’s future.
Medals and cash prizes were awarded to the top three position-holders from classes one to eight, bringing joy and excitement to the young achievers.
Peshawar Press Club President M. Riaz, Peshawar Union of Journalists President Kashifuddin, Education Committee Chairman Faridullah Khan, senior journalists, and other dignitaries also expressed their support for the initiative, with a focus on organizing such events in the future to further encourage children of the journalist community.
The event was seen as a positive step toward fostering a spirit of achievement and motivation among the children of Peshawar’s journalist families.
