PPP has proposed to PML-N not to boycott the consultation process on the matter of appointment of care taker Prime Minister (PM).

Shahbaz Sharif, PML-N president has however said consultation will be made after Supreme Case (SC) decision comes in National Assembly (NA) dissolution case. If we join the consultation process now it means we will have to accept Imran Khan decision on dissolution of assembly as correct.

Sources said PPP was of the view non participation in consultation process means giving walk over to Imran Khan on this matter. Opposition leader should give two names for care taker PM in consultation with all leaders.

The proposal for not boycotting consultation process was given by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to Shahbaz Sharif during a meeting.

Shahbaz Sharif had replied to him that consultation will be made on this matter after SC decision comes in assembly dissolution case. Joining the consultative process now means we will have to accept the decision of Imran Khan on dissolution of NA as just. Consultation will be made with PDM and PPP on the matter of appointment of caretaker PM soon after SC decision comes.
