ISLAMABAD: President Dr Arif Alvi has accepted resignation of Justice Shahid Jamil of Lahore High Court (LHC). According to ministry of law, the resignation has been accepted from February 02. Copy of notification regarding acceptance of the resignation has been sent to secretaries of president and prime minister. Law ministry has issued formal notification on acceptance of resignation. Copy has been sent to judicial commission of Pakistan, parliamentary committee and registrar LHC. Online
