Pro Palestine rallies held in Peshawar

Hundreds of people took to the streets in the provincial capital on Friday to protest Israel’s siege and fierce bombing on the Gaza Strip, demanding an end to the oppression of the Palestinian people.
After Friday prayers, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers and supporters and people from all walks of life held rallies in Peshawar.
The demonstrations raised Palestine flags and held posters and banners inscribed with slogans in solidarity with the people of Palestine.
In Peshawar, a huge rally was held outside the Peshawar Press Club (PPC). The protestors chanted slogans against the Israeli brutality in Palestine and demanded from the Muslim countries to show unity for the cause of Muslim and against Israel.
A large number of PTI workers and supporters also took to the street in Peshawar and held rallies outside the PPC and criticized Israel for bombing the innocent people, including children and women on Gaza strip.
They demanded that the atrocities being faced by the people of Gaza at the hand of Israel should immediately come to an end and the United Nations should take action and stop the war between Israel and Palestine in the Middle East.
