LAHORE
The schedule of the ninth edition of Pakistan Super League has been prepared. This time the Pakistan Super League will start from February 17 and there will be 34 matches in the event which will continue till March 17.
In the first stage, the matches will be played in Lahore and Multan, while the second stage matches will be played in Karachi and Rawalpindi and the final match will also be played in Karachi.
The opening match will be between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. The event will feature 7 double headers. 6 league matches and one qualifier will be played during the day. 3 matches will be played in Rawalpindi and 2 matches in Lahore.
Karachi will have 11 matches, while Lahore and Rawalpindi will have 9, 9 and Multan will have 5 matches.
Karachi Kings will appear in 9 night matches while Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators, Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans are ready for 8 and 8 night matches respectively. Peshawar Zalmi will play 7 night matches. Quetta Gladiators have to play 3, 3 matches in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi. Peshawar Zalmi will play four matches in both Lahore and Rawalpindi.
The arrival of teams for the PSL will begin on February 12 and will be followed by 4 days of official practice sessions.
