TAKH BHAI
Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs, Engineer Amir Muqam, has criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership, saying they should give up hopes of returning to power.
Amir Muqam accused the PTI of failing to contribute to the development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), despite having held power three times in the province.
“Those who have been in power three times have not laid a single brick for the development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” he stated.
Federal Minister and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) provincial president Amir Muqam expressed these views while addressing a public gathering at the residence of former MPA Jamshed Khan Mohmand in Jalala area of Takht Bhai.
Pakistan was achieved through the day and night efforts of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the countless sacrifices of Muslim League leaders, he said.
He alleged that on May 9, a conspiracy against Pakistan was foiled. The country’s affairs are now in strong hands, and Pakistan’s economy is moving rapidly towards progress.
However, some anti-state forces cannot digest Pakistan’s progress and want to see the country weak. Under Muslim League’s leadership, the country will progress, and the current government will complete its term.
Former MPA Jamshed Khan Mohmand and others also spoke on the occasion and criticized the provincial government of PTI.
The PML-N leadership vowed to raise their voice on every platform for the development and prosperity of their province and people and will not leave them at the mercy of elements that want to keep the province backward and deprived.
