Organization of Islamic Pakistan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter on Friday staged demonstration outside Peshawar Press Club to express sympathy with the Palestinians and expressed their anger against the Israeli brutalities.
The protesters were holding placards and banners in hands condemning the Israel atrocities against innocent Palestinians.
Massacres are taking place, according to media figures the number of martyrs is about to reach 17,000, more than half of the bodies are children and women, they said and added that schools and refugee camps have been destroyed and the Zionist beasts have moved from northern Gaza to southern Gaza.
The government of Pakistan and the ruling classes should take practical steps beyond just preaching and advice, the protesters urged and said that Pakistan’s threat can stop Israel from war.
Pressure should be increased on the government to provide diplomatic, financial and military support. We should not forget that we have to answer to Allah on the Day of Judgment. Therefore, all of us should unite to defend Palestine and take all possible practical measures to defeat the nefarious goals of Israel.
