A day long rescue training session was organized at type (D) hospital, Bazaar Zakha Khel, tehsil Landi Kotal last day with the aim to impart knowledge and practical skills to the doctors and paramedical staff to deal with emergency situations.
The workshop was established by the Rescue 1122, Khyber under the supervision of District Emergency Officer, Shariq Riaz Khattak and the training in charge and Emergency Officer Nauman Khan, the training wing of the Rescue 1122 convoyed awareness regarding first aid, fire extinguishing and how to deal during emergencies and to provide rescue service.
The participants of the workshop praised the activity and said the formation they got in the session would certainly add to their professional capabilities.
Beside the general masses, the department initiates necessary training sessions for the government and non-government departments, Rescue 1122 official said.
It is to be stated here that the Rescue 1122 service has been set up in 2020 in Khyber.
