A social worker,Baaid Khan said that it is regrettable that for the approximately twenty thousand population ,there is no Basic Health Unit(BHU)in Pased Khel that can at least provide first aid to the patients. Owing to mountainous area, usually we have incidents of falling of hill tops but ironically instead of provide medical aid at their door steps, we take them to ten kilometer away headquarter hospital,Landi Kotal and many patients succumbed of their injuries on way to health center before getting medical treatment, he maintained.
