Richa Chadha celebrated her birthday yesterday, on December 18. While her friends and family showered wishes on her, Richa has now given us a sneak peek into her celebrations. Everyone was hooked to the FIFA World Cup Finals yesterday and the actress also celebrated her birthday being an enthu-cutlet and watching the finals with husband Ali Fazal and her friends.
Richa shares some pictures on social media which included a childhood picture. She got philosophical and seemed quite emotional in her post. She wrote, “For my birthday my maasi sent me this photo, from when I was born. Three of the five sets of hands pointing towards my small face are no more… who am I? A culmination of the desires, dreams, longings, pains, sadness, joy of my ancestors and my bloodline collected over millennia… every specie evolves to procreate and protect what their offspring. Am I protected in my reality by the spirits of my ancestors… shielded by their love, saddened by their grouses against the world…My DNA is the best and the worst of them… we’re all the same, we seek love, empathy, reality…what is a birthday? Why do we celebrate a circle around the sun? Who is a person, why do we celebrate their coming into this world of maya, things, good and terrible people. Beats me. But for today, I am grateful that the collective spirits of these people manifested me… “
