Supreme Court (SC) has granted plea of Hamid Khan on the petition of chairman PTI against indictment proceedings In cipher case.
The court has adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
Justice Tariq Masood remarked you can file new appeal against high court decision. The bail case of PTI chairman will be heard on its turn.
The petition against the proceedings of indictment of chairman PTI in cipher case came up for hearing in the court Wednesday.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by justice Sardar Tariq Masood heard the case.
The counsel Hamid Khan said decision of IHC has come yesterday. I want to make some amendments in the petition in the light of IHC decision. I want to review IHC decision.
Justice Sardar Tariq Masood remarked new order of IHC has come. We can hear now the order against which your appeal stands. Hamid Khan requested give time to review the decision of intra court appeal in high court.
