Dharna case-2014

District and Sessions Court Islamabad has acquitted senator Raja Nasir Abbas in Dharna case-2014. Judicial magistrate Murid Abbas announced the decision. This decision was announced following completion of arguments on acquittal plea. The administration had registered case against senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas and others for violating section 144. Allama Nasir Abbas had participated in Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) dharna along with Tahir ul Qadri. Tahir ul Qadri leader of PAT is still proclaimed offender in the case.
