Services of three judges shifted from KP judicial service to Islamabad judicial service

ISLAMABAD: Services of three judges have been shifted from KP Judicial service to Islamabad judicial service. Muhammad Yar Walana registrar Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued separate notifications. According to these notifications services of additional district and sessions judge Asmat Ullah and Haseena Saqlain and civil judge Maryam Shehryar have been shifted to IHC. As per notification services of these three judges have been handed over to Islamabad Judicial Service for three years on deputation. Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar has assigned responsibilities to these three judges in Islamabad district courts. It has been said in the notification that additional district and sessions judge Asmat Ullah has been appointed in session division East Islamabad while additional district and session judge Haseena Saqlain has been appointed in session division west Islamabad. Civil judge Maryam Shehryar has been appointed in session division west Islamabad. APP
