Signboards installed in Kumrat Valley to facilitate tourists

On the special directives of Advisor to the Chief Minister on Tourism and Culture, Zahid Chanzeb, the installation of tourist signboards in Kumrat Valley, Upper Dir, has been successfully completed.
This initiative, carried out under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism Development Project (KITE), said a handout. The installation of the signboards aims to enhance accessibility, safety, and convenience for tourists visiting the scenic valley known for its natural beauty, waterfalls, forests, rivers, and mountains.
The newly installed signboards provide clear information about locations, distances, and directions, ensuring a more comfortable and secure travel experience.
Zahid Chanzeb stated that KP holds immense potential for tourism, and the government is committed to developing the sector on modern lines.
He emphasized that steps like these not only facilitate tourists but also contribute to the local economy and promote responsible tourism.
Chanzeb added that with support from projects like KITE, the government is upgrading infrastructure and ensuring the availability of basic facilities at key tourist destinations.
