Sincere efforts needed in KP’s education system: Zafar

Caretaker advisor to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tourism and Culture Zafar Mahmood has said that sincere efforts are needed for the growth of the education sector in the province.
He said; “there is no shortage of talent in the country. We need to equip our teachers to focus on professional growth through comprehensive training programs”.
Mr Zafar Mahmood made these remarks while speaking an event organized by students at Peshawar’s Nishter Hall here on Wednesday.
He said that the government and quarters concerned , educationists and parents should give attention towards education for the future of our country.
The CM aide maintained that special attention should be paid to the provision of educational training and facilities to students and their moral and cultural activities so that after leaving the educational institutions, they will be useful to the society and a member of society.
Apart from school teachers, parents, students, director culture authority Ajmal Khan and officers were also present on this occasion.
The adviser said that the caretaker government was providing equal opportunities to students in modern studies and sports and pragmatic measures were taken in a short span of time to promote education and cultural activities in KP.
Earlier, Zafar Mahmood made a detailed inspection of Nishtar Hall Peshawar and issued instructions to the director for the promotion of cultural activities.
