PESHAWAR
Pakistan Peoples Party Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Secretary General Muhammad Humayun Khan warmly welcomed the development projects currently being carried out in District Malakand by Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the Sindh government.
Muhammad Humayun Khan said that the construction work on a girls’ college and a vocational training center for women in District Malakand is progressing rapidly, and that Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has been given a detailed briefing on these projects.
He said that the approval of these projects for the people of Malakand by the Sindh government is a historic, people-friendly, and revolutionary step.
He further said that projects such as a girls’ college and a vocational training center are important milestones, particularly for the promotion of women’s education, skills development, and economic independence, and that they are a valuable gift for the people of Malakand.
Humayun Khan added that these projects are practical proof of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s deep love, sincerity, and selfless commitment to public service for the people of Malakand.
He said that the Pakistan Peoples Party, without discrimination, is taking practical steps across the country for public welfare, especially for the empowerment of women.
During the previous Pakistan Peoples Party government, he said record development projects were implemented in Malakand, whereas over the past thirteen years the provincial government has completely failed to provide basic facilities to the public.
During this period, he said the people of Malakand were only given false promises and were continuously misled.
Muhammad Humayun Khan said that the Pakistan Peoples Party is the only party that believes in practical actions and considers genuine public service to be the core of its politics.
